Does a child who grew up with trauma repeat what he felt? In the newly released movie Windmill 2023, Jung Hoon is traumatized by his father's abuse. Determined to never be like his father, he was trying to become a boxing athlete, but one day he saved Sun Hee, a girl in trouble. He gets involved with a group of thugs and has to give up on his dream of becoming a boxer. Also, when Jung-hoon desperately needs money due to his grandfather's illness, when he ends up working for a thug gang. A Jung-hoon who was determined not to be a fool, could he really be innocent? Or will he become a nation like his father before he even knows it? The main actors are former B1A4 member Cha Sun-Woo and former Lovelyz member Yoo Ji-Ae.
