Kingdom (2019) Season 1
Based on the popular webcomic "The Kingdom of the Gods," the new Netflix series is the second Korean drama to be released by the streaming service. The first season has six episodes. Starring Ju Ji-Hoon, the series follows Crown Prince Lee Chang as he investigates a mysterious plague that is ravaging the kingdom in the Joseon era. Soon, he discovers that the plague is turning people into zombies. Can he save his kingdom from this deadly threat? And can he protect himself from those who would stop him from ascending to the throne? The series is a fast-paced action thriller with plenty of gore and violence.
