They Look Like People(2015)

A character named Wyatt has an abstract illness. He is afraid that the people around him are no longer human, but have become evil. One day, he comes to the city where his friend is, wondering if his friend has become evil. What he thought was that he would save his friend. His intentions and what was actually happening did not match. As Wyatt's mental health deteriorates, his relationships with the people around him are damaged. Or he will have to decide whether to give up.
